You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you are creating an account. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at admin@syndiscore.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• You retain full ownership of all documents, data, and content you upload to the Service ("User Content").
• By uploading User Content, you grant Syndiscore a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• By uploading any document, you represent that you are authorized by your organization to upload and use that document within the platform.
• We do not claim ownership of User Content. We do not publish, distribute, or resell User Content.
• Organization-level data isolation is enforced. Each organization's data is accessible only to authorized members of that organization.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload documents you are not authorized to use.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.

• Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are available on our website.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in writing.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SYNDISCORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (C) ANY AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS OR OUTPUT PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syndiscore, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
