Who We Are
MyCBA is a product of Syndiscore LLC, a Connecticut-based technology company focused on building tools that empower labor unions and their members. We believe that the workers who negotiate collective bargaining agreements deserve modern, purpose-built software to enforce them.
Our team combines experience in labor relations, software engineering, and artificial intelligence to deliver a platform that is simple for stewards to use and powerful enough for the most complex grievance processes.
What We Do
MyCBA gives organizers, stewards, and union members one unified platform to:
