Syndiscore LLC ("Syndiscore," "we," "us," or "our") operates the MyCBA platform (the "Service"). When you register, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and role (admin, steward, or member).
1.2 User-Provided Content
Documents you upload (e.g., collective bargaining agreements), grievance records, notes, and other content you create within the platform. This content is owned by you and your organization.
1.3 Usage Data
We automatically collect information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to operate and improve the Service.
1.4 Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To process documents through AI-assisted contract analysis (the MyCBA Engine).
- To manage your account and provide customer support.
- To send transactional communications (e.g., password resets, deadline reminders).
- To detect, prevent, and address security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use third-party processors (e.g., cloud hosting, AI model providers) solely to operate the Service. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only as directed.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion or organization request, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA) Disclosures

8. Children's Privacy
